A vibrant shipping container laneway and pocket park in the heart of Nelson.

Using modified shipping containers, our vision is to develop a laneway with a dynamic mixture of small shops and eateries, food carts, green spaces, sitting areas, and play spaces for children.

IT’S THE PEOPLE THAT MAKE A COMMUNITY.
AND COMMUNITY THAT MAKES A CITY.

Expanding on the vision for The Bridge Street Collective coworking space next door, we want to spill out into a shared outdoor space that everyone in Nelson can enjoy—free of charge.

By creating a mixture of micro-, small-, and medium-sized retail spaces, we are creating opportunities for independent retailers and online work-from-home businesses to have a shopfront in central Nelson.

Green spaces, outside seating, and play areas give people, families, and children a chance to stop, sit, hang out, and play.
It’s a chance to interact with others and meet new people—or to simply get out of the office and enjoy the fresh air and sunshine!

A FABULOUS MIX OF SHOPS, EATERIES, OFFICES, EVENT SPACES, AND OUTDOOR SPACES!
